The physical universe is no different, but requires a different set of skills. On an inner level you bring destinations to you, but in physical experience you must travel to the destination. There is also a delay, and in the time between the inception of a thought and its eventual manifestation you have the opportunity to modify the result. This is primarily protective in nature but it can be utilized to secure a goal also.

The world is your mirror means that your dominant thoughts and feelings manifest. Lesser passing thoughts and emotions may affect or reduce the manifestation of your main line of thought, emotion and belief. When you are in a negative mood the right affirmations don’t necessarily come to mind right away. This is why the affirmation page is valuable. If you align with negativity, you attract more to feel negative about into your life. If you choose to see life as being positive and beautiful, you attract events that will give you reason to believe life is positive and beautiful.
If there are deeply disturbing events that you know you are creating but do not know how to stop creating, you can divert your attention to other positive areas of your life. At the same time, hand the problem over to your inner self and affirm that the problem is being resolved.
This draws energy away from the problem and gives your inner self a chance to change the negative circumstance. The positive energy you amplify and increase by virtue of your positive focus eventually overflows into the negative situation. Your entire life becomes positive.
Instead of going over all the possible negative scenarios so that you know what to do if something you fear happens, imagine only what you want to happen taking place. If there is corruption or divisiveness in the world around you, it doesn’t mean that you are corrupt or divisive, but it does mean that you are entertaining thoughts about these subjects, and it may mean that subconsciously you think you are corrupt or divisive.
It can take years to clear our unhelpful subconscious beliefs that are reflected in events, which is why many problems persist long after we have changed most of our conscious thoughts.
If you change your thinking or visualize yourself receiving money or whatever, you will find that your thoughts will manifest in some areas but not in others. Maybe you will not succeed in winning the lotto, but do get a raise. Try everything, and practice gratitude and appreciation. Then see what happens.
