Trump will likely go to prison for the January 6th Capital attack. Trump will not as likely go to jail for the January 6th attack because a jail is where people without bail stay until their trial. Yet, it is possible. If Trump is arrested and then seen as being a flight risk and held without bail, it will be in a jail. Once he goes to trial and if he is found guilty, then he will have a sentencing hearing and he will be transported to a prison.
Trump cannot be sent to jail or prison in the current rape trial because you cannot send people to prison or jail in civil cases, however, with Jack Smith prosecuting him, he will likely go to prison or jail.

The lawsuit between Dominion Voting and Fox News has ended abruptly with a $787.5 million dollar settlement. Because former president Donald Trump attacked the voting machine company, falsely claiming that it rigged the election to add votes to President Biden, the company suffered harm.
“Lies have consequences,” Dominion’s lawyers said. Dominion Voting Systems was suing the TV network for $1.6 billion because Fox knowingly spread lies about its voting machines after the 2020 US election
This kind of lawsuit will befall Trump in the coming months. Trump holds responsibility for everything, but the real culprits are the beliefs of those who put him in office. Those beliefs, rather than people, are bad.
The world’s problems are a result of destructive thinking, false news and simplistic physicalism and all the negativity that comes with it.

Mary Trump, has just warned United States Attorney General Merrick Garland that her Uncle, former U.S. President Donald Trump, must be indicted now or things will get worse.
It is well known that in the United States, no one is above the law, not even a former president. Before former U.S. President Donald J. Trump goes to jail or prison for the January 6th U.S. Capitol attack, he must be indicted and arrested. U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland will decide if Trump is going to be indicted or arrested for the January 6th Capitol attack.
Investigations by the Department of Justice are always done in secret. But because the DOJ is asking for evidence, we now know that an investigation of Trump is underway. There are multiple investigations that could lead to jail and a prison term for Donald Trump. He will likely face more such investigations as more instances of crimes are discovered.
The January 6th Committee can recommend criminal charges for Trump to the Department of Justice, but they do not have the legal authority to arrest Trump. They could also subpoena Trump, and if Trump did not cooperate, they could again send a referral to the DOJ. If Trump was indicted and found guilty, he would be charged with contempt of Congress. Then he could go to jail or prison.
If Trump is denied bail in any crime, he will be held in a jail until he goes to trial. If he is found guilty, he will then be moved to a prison.

The January 6th hearing that was scheduled for today at 1:00 p.m. has been delayed due to hurricane Ian in Florida. In the 9th hearing, the January 6th Select Committee will likely present video evidence of Trump committing treason. I expect to see some major revelations from the January 6th Select Committee on Wednesday, September 28th. There will be indictments and arrests from the Department of Justice this month or immediately after the midterm election on November 8th.

The Department of Justice will likely charge Trump with 18 U.S. Code § 1510 – Obstruction of criminal investigations.
Photos were presented of top secret documents scattered on the floor in Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. Because U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland has previously stated that no one is above the law, it is almost certain that Trump will be indicted and arrested. And as I have said before, Trump will go to jail and prison.

Trump will likely go to jail or prison for the January 6th attack because we now know that two top aides to former Vice President Mike Pence appeared in front of a federal grand jury, including Marc Short, Pence’s former chief of staff. United States Attorney General Merrick Garland does not tell us if Trump is the target of the current Department of Justice investigation, but he very well could be, in which case the news of former U.S. President Donald J. Trump being indicted for conspiracy to obstruct Congress, 18 U.S.C. 1505 and conspiracy to defraud Congress, 923. 18 U.S.C. § 371 in relation to the effort to install fake electors could break in the next week or so.
Merrick Garland said that the DOJ is investigating everyone in the January 6th plot. It is triply dangerous to have taken this long. It is as bad as if we were at war but were not fighting back.
Trump is on tour to run for President again! Americans that support him should move to Russian to enjoy the autocracy they want. If Trump is indicted and arrested we will see something like two diesel trains colliding, but we will see Trump go to jail or prison for the January 6th Capitol attack.
7/21/22 update: In regard to the January 6th Committee investigation, United States Attorney General Merrick Garland says publicly that NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. This strongly suggests that Trump will be indicted and arrested reasonably soon and that Garland will prosecute any person criminally liable for the attack on our Capitol. That means Trump will go to jail or prison for the January 6th Capitol Attack
A Department of Justice and Merrick Garland charge and conviction of Trump is inevitable.
The delay is because Merrick thinks he has to start at the bottom and work his way up. If the evidence is at the top, he could start there rather than investigate a thousand others first. He does not want to make a single mistake, yet going too slow could be a big mistake.

16 Georgia Republicans have been subpoenaed in a criminal probe into election interference fake elector scam. They will likely be indicted soon also.
The January 6th Committee said that the Secret Service may have violated the law for losing the texts they subpoenaed. The Secret Service said they lost them in a transfer of data.
The January 6th Committee presented an 8th hearing: The hearing was focused on former President Donald J. Trump.
The hearing opened with a damming conclusion as to Trump’s accountability for the Capitol attack by Republican Mitch McConnell, Senate minority leader.
Trump effectively tried to kill his Vice President Mike Pence for over three hours.
This is the most damaging for Trump. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and Department of Justice attorneys will be watching carefully. This particular hearing will motivate an indictment and arrest of Trump more so than any other. New emails from the Secret Service are also likely to be presented.

Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani had a meeting with Trump on the 4th and immediately afterwards tells White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson, January 6th “will be great.” Meadows says, “things might get real, real bad.” Hutchinson, who had supported Trump and his agenda, was disgusted by what she learned and described Trump as “indecent, vile and uncivil.”
AR-15s and Glocks — semi-automatic rifles and pistols — were reported in the crowd at the Ellipse White House visitor’s center.
Trump said, “I don’t effing care that they have weapons… Let my people in…. Take the effing mags away,” [metal detectors] according to Hutchinson.
